The Coliving Way of Life is taking over the world by storm and property owners are starting to recognise that that there is a growing demand for such a service. The Crib works closely with Building Owners and Developers on multiple fronts: (1) At utilizing unsold units in their existing new developments as coliving apartments; (2) co-develop and manage new buildings for the purpose of running a coliving operation; or (3) reconceptualizing, refurbishing and managing matured buildings into newer coliving initiatives.

The Crib works with Apartment Owners by either (1) leasing such Apartments from the Owners at the market rate, making timely rental payments and ensuring that the Apartments are properly maintained ; or (2) providing assistance to the Owners at revamping and managing the Apartment, then sharing such profits with the Owners.
